The final CBCR2 ratings are complete (finally!). Georgia is a deserving national champion. Ohio State finishes as the 2nd ranked team in the index, ahead of Alabama, Michigan, and Oklahoma State. Cincinatti finishes outside of the top ten despite making the playoff. And somehow Florida remains in the top 20. Notably and similar to other model's, CBCR2 ranks 3-9 Nebraska as a top 20 team.
